About Nantong University
Nantong University was founded in 1912. It originated from the private Nantong Medical Specialized School and Nantong Textile Specialized School founded by Zhang Jian, a famous modern industrialist and educator. In 2004, the former Nantong Medical College, Nantong Institute of Technology and Nantong Normal College merged to form a new Nantong University. In China University Evaluation 2024 of the China Academy of Management Science, Nantong University ranked 100th. In ESI Comprehensive ranking of Chinese universities, it ranked 113th.

⚠️Important Note
- After issuing the pre-admission letter, applicants must pay 2000CNY in advance, otherwise the school won’t proceed next step.
- Abide by Chinese laws, and rules and regulations of Nantong University. No behaviors in violation of laws and disciplines.
- Attendance rate should not be less than 95%.
- Pass all examinations for each subject.
- Only those who meet the above requirements and abide by the school regulations will continue the scholarship from the second academic year.
- What class of scholarship you will get is decided by the school according to your comprehensive performance.
- Bachelor students need to rent house outside the campus.
