- For the first year: 50% tuition fee free
- For the second -fourth year: 30%-50% tuition fee free
- Starting from the second year, the scholarship will be re evaluated
- The scholarship is sent at the end of each year, and students need to pay the full tuition fee（16000rmb ） after receiving pre admission.

An application fee of 800 RMB need to pay before apply, or won’t apply
Age Limit: 16-35（Born after January 1st, 1990）
Minors need to find a guarantor in Fushun and provide a guarantee letter themselves

- Not accept in China Students
- No country restrictions
- No interview
- Students cannot have a record of failing grades in the previous stage of their studies, otherwise they will not be admitted
- Need good grades in mathematics and physics
- Students must pay all fees, including accommodation, within one month of arriving on campus
- The scholarship is sent at the end of each year. If a student withdraws before the scholarship is sent. Considered as automatic waiver of scholarship
- The first batch of JW202 will be provided in January 2026
